Worst customer service ever. Shuts off power for days at a time, on holidays and doesn’t restore it after the winds die down.
I can turn on the power on our new property because nobody answer the phone and on line the web site says that the address it’s incorrect even though it’s not!!!! It’s just disgusting!!!! You can’t catch Covid from a phone!!!! Just a way for not paying people for a necessary job!!!! Horrible, horrible service!!!!
