I have been on hold for over 3 hours trying to get my power turned on at my new home with my family sitting here in the heat. I don’t understand why they would take down their online support during Covid when people need the fast services the most. Wonderful way to screw us all Edison thank you
There was a power outage scheduled that they did not bother letting me know about. Their customer service representative did not want to put a supervisor on the phone and pretty much didn't care about my concerns. I'm going to look into getting solar after this.
