They are useless.
Unfortunately, I can't do zero stars because I would definitely do that if it was possible. I don't normally do reviews, but edison has really poor customer service. They have a monopoly over california, and because they don't have to fight for your business, they don't care. The fees are ridiculous, website sucks! And customer service suck! If I had another choice I'd take it!
Can’t get to a live person. Automation sucks
Extremely Greedy Company. Their prices are through the roof and of course they are requesting even higher rates! Don't even get me started on the new BASE service charge -- it's a hidden way for them to make even more while sounding like they are the good guys. Maybe time to move out of this area.
Prices are ridiculous, our home has solar panels and we owned them. How ever, it feels like they’re not even there as the bill is still thru the roof! We don’t qualify for any programs we hardly run power just to try and save some money! We run no a/c no heaters at all but one t.v, water heaeter, our fridge and electric stove which in fact all are energy savers. Our bill is $350+ monthly. Whats the point of going green?? Total scam! How does the meter calculate so ghost power?! Please audit this place!
