Wanting to purchase a home in CA. Impossible to get any information on what an average bill would be at this address. The automated system does not help. A representative is as bad if not worse. Programed to only answer certain questions only in a certain way. Edison makes it too hard on their representatives. Sets them up for failure.
WORST UTILITY COMPANY EVER. They absolutely WILL NOT let you speak to a service representative at all. You just get the RUN AROUND LOOP with the HORRIBLE AUTOMATED ROBOT that answers. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and they don't give a CRAP ABOUT YOU, ME, OR ANYONE ELSE.
This is the worst company ever. We had an electrical panel upgrade yesterday day 730am. Edison came out and disconnected us, so the contracting company could install the panel safely. The panel was completed at 12pm. The inspector shows up at 2pm to give edison the ok to turn my power back on. At this point im already 7 hours without power (I was told 4 hours max for reference) edison never shows. Its 7pm, so I call their emergency line and they say they never recieved the reconnect order from the inspector, I have proof and... read more
