WORST UTILITY COMPANY EVER. They absolutely WILL NOT let you speak to a service representative at all. You just get the RUN AROUND LOOP with the HORRIBLE AUTOMATED ROBOT that answers. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and they don't give a CRAP ABOUT YOU, ME, OR ANYONE ELSE.
This is the worst company ever. We had an electrical panel upgrade yesterday day 730am. Edison came out and disconnected us, so the contracting company could install the panel safely. The panel was completed at 12pm. The inspector shows up at 2pm to give edison the ok to turn my power back on. At this point im already 7 hours without power (I was told 4 hours max for reference) edison never shows. Its 7pm, so I call their emergency line and they say they never recieved the reconnect order from the inspector, I have proof and... read more
They are useless.
Unfortunately, I can't do zero stars because I would definitely do that if it was possible. I don't normally do reviews, but edison has really poor customer service. They have a monopoly over california, and because they don't have to fight for your business, they don't care. The fees are ridiculous, website sucks! And customer service suck! If I had another choice I'd take it!
