If I could give 0 stars I would. They have the rudest reception I’ve ever encountered and that’s saying a lot. The first time I came here they required masks which was not posted anywhere so when I asked them for a mask they said that they didn’t have any to give me. What kind of doctors office doesn’t give you a mask when it’s THEIR requirement. They suggested I go to the Walgreens across the street (a very busy street) and buy a box. No better Allergy Doctor. Caring and professional. My family has been seeing her for years.
I saw that this place was rated pretty well on Google, so I figured I'd make a small contribution. I was referred to this clinic from UCLA. First phone call with a receptionist went quick as she assured me that they can't help me with my allergy shots. 5 minutes later they call again saying they made a mistake. Terrific service. My allergies have already dramatically improved, and I might even done with the initial course of treatment.
Every single staff person I have encouraged has been truly kind and helpful! Getting allergy therapy means sooooooo many visits, and they always make me feel welcome and are always eager to help.
