Got tired of all the issues with United Access. Nothing ever fixed right the first time. After United Access said they couldn’t fix the issue they tried to fix without ordering another part, took the van to Southern Bus & Mobility. They found missing screws and stripped out threads with a birds nest of wiring. Fixed the issues and cleaned up the wiring and works great with no additional parts. Great service!
Southern Bus and Mobility, and specifically Nate, the service manager, have gone out of their way to assist us when our vehicle needs repair. Navigating VMI and warranty service is not easy, and Nate is to be commended. Thanks buddy!
Super nice. know there stuff. I have brought it my van when the lift broke. I was able to rent a van while they fixed my van.

They are amazing to work with! They have top notch service, we have been working with them for 16 years and will continue to work with them for 16+ more years!! Highly recommend them!
