Sales people are nice and willing to go above and beyond. However, the Service department lacks professionalism and good customer service skills. Moreover, purchasing a Buick was the worse decision I ever made. There has been several issues with my BRAND NEW 2024 Buick Envista Avenir. My most recent repairs were handled professionally by Becky Miele and Antwan Pair and of course the Mechanic! So far the truck is running good and seems to be in good repair. All in all it was pretty good. Communication could be a little better. But at the end of the day it looks as if things are fixed. I noticed something dripping. I think it's just condensation but I'll keep an eye on it. I had a great experience at Southern GMC Chesapeake. I ordered my 2025 Yukon with Brian Hallal, who stayed in contact with updates until my vehicle arrived. From there, my salesman Reggie Myers was WONDERFUL to work with! He took the time to walk me through the features of the vehicle and answered all of my questions. He was proactive at getting the paperwork started so once I worked with Jerome in finance, everything was smooth sailing! Thanks again!
Client was struck by Mr. Eric Barnes who is an employee of this dealership by one of the dealership vehicles and he was directed by Mr. Brett Lloyd to provide his personal auto insurance to the client instead of their dealership insurance, they have evaded calls, voicemails and neglected to provide proper insurance information or communicate who needs to be spoken to for this matter.
