I am providing two stars because I previously had great experience at the Southern Kia Sales department and good Service from the Southern Jeep service department. Otherwise this visit is a 1 star. I brought my Buick Enclave in for an airbag recall. Apparently shrapnel will hit you, make sure you get this recall done. As a side note I decided to get the oil change because on the booking site it had recommended services and it was $75 which I believed to be a good price. I brought my car in for a 10a appointment.
