Horrible Horrible Garbage, Car in for almost a week now for a warrented covered repair (sun roof will not close). Same thing every day, Tech is working on it... but have a few in front of it to get to first, at some point youd think I'd at least be "next". And no, no loaner car/rental available, even though it's a covered under warrenty. Was informed "how you get around is not our problem" that's on you.....
My experience was a really good one, Jake was very professional and knowledgeable and explained things to me where I completely understood. He made my purchase a good one to remember.

This review is for Kia. And I can’t speak for the sales side, this is about my experience with the service department. Bottom line, I do not intend on continuing to go to them long term. I had a couple things that needed done that I had walked in and scheduled a week prior. On the day of service, they completed one of the items but not the other one.
