I am very pleased with Southern Brothers. Chris came out immediately and gave me several different options on what could be the issue. He was able to give me a quote and fix the issue within a couple of days. I also signed up for the maintenance plan which will help with any future issues. I do appreciate everything Chris!!!!!

Always has been dependable, he started with me thru the new construction process and then we had Water heater warranty issues ( not any issues with Chris) once Manufacturer issued replacement water heater due to defective , Chris picked up new one and came out and replaced, no problem and stood behind all his work. Highly recommend.
