This is the construction company that built my house. We moved in 5 months ago. The AC already broke ($3600 repair) and our roof leaks (price pending). We bought a warranty with the house but they are EXTREMELY difficult to work with. It took the warranty company 3 months to fix the AC and probably 20+ hours on the phone to get it fixed. Not a good place for a semi to deliver, they keep blocking every way to exit
Absolutely great job on the remodeling of masterbath. Project manager stopped by the house daily, always let us know what to expect. Everyone involved from demo to finishing touches were fantastic and professional and they cleaned up after each day. Great line of communication between the General Manager all the way down. Will definitely use southern brothers construction again.
