I had an appointment to look at Bridesmaid dresses at 11, when the store opened. I got there roughly 10 minutes early so I sat in my car waiting for them to open. Once 11:00 exactly, I watched the girl who had been parked next to me the entire time, go unlock the door and go inside (I now realized she was an employee). I waited a few minutes and went to go inside, and the door was locked! I had to wait outside for almost 10 minutes waiting for a second employee to get there to let us in. Went here to look for bridesmaid dresses. Not a very big selection. They have one size for each dress. They were still getting settled into new place but it did not look like they would have more space to add additional sizes.

When i had my first appointment here i was blown away and felt confident in the owner and her employees that they would make my bridal experience a breeze. Ever since the ordering process back in February it has been a complete nightmare. To start they had teens working and taking orders. Red flag number 1. But i continued with my order. All of my girls PAID and ordered BEFORE the march 31st deadline that was given, we were told dresses would be here July 12th, and its is now August 12th and still no dresses everytime I call... read more
