Very nice people. Reasonable priced apartments
Honestly can’t imagine what all these people are doing to have such bad experiences, I’ve been living here for around 6 months and honestly it’s one of the best apartments I’ve stayed in, I have to disagree with the previous review regarding the manager every time I’ve dealt with her she has been very sweet and accommodating, The office staff and maintenance people are all very polite and respectful, It’s quiet and every neighbour I’ve met has been super friendly, It’s right on the water and the apartments are nice inside, H... read more
This is THE WORST place to live in! The owners and the secretary are rude and disrespectful. The secretary was the worst, she never relayed messages to the owners, never called the maintenance man unless you made her call in person and has a dry personality. TWO WORDS...RATS AND MOLD!!!! BLACK MOLD!!!! AND NO HELP TO FIX IT!
