If I could give 0 stars I would. I tried to keep my mouth closed and be nice but these people who run this place are ridiculous. They don't fix anything they just rig stuff up. You try to tell maintenance what is going on and he tells you no your wrong this is it. He is ridiculous thinks he knows it all. Bathrooms are full of moisture and they just paint over the black . I have had to spray it with bleach several times. We have been here 2 years and never been late on rent once or had any issues and we still can't get help w... read more

Honestly can’t imagine what all these people are doing to have such bad experiences, I’ve been living here for around 6 months and honestly it’s one of the best apartments I’ve stayed in, I have to disagree with the previous review regarding the manager every time I’ve dealt with her she has been very sweet and accommodating, The office staff and maintenance people are all very polite and respectful, It’s quiet and every neighbour I’ve met has been super friendly, It’s right on the water and the apartments are nice inside, H... read more
