I brought my son to the urgent care on a Monday after he broke his hand the Friday before. (ER advised SB&J after wrapping the hand). SB&J took an x-ray and told us to make an appointment with the “hand doctor.” As we were checking out and trying to make the appointment, we were told they would have to call us back later that day because of availability issues.
