Good and prompt response to pre-booking online. I booked a service for a day before a public holiday, got an email confirming the time and date, drove 1 hour there and they weren't open! No indication on website or email saying they weren't open, and no call or email asking me to change my appointment time
Good honest service
I recently purchased some MHD and M Performance parts from Southern BM’s online store, and I have to say - it was the best experience I’ve had in a long time. Sean was absolutely outstanding to deal with. His communication was rapid, clear, and genuinely helpful. Tuned my BMW M4 here and I must say it’s like night and day, the power torque delivery is amazing and I highly recommend it….. felt fast stock but now it’s a bullet!
Big fan of the guys at Southern & definitely recommend them. I’ve minimal technical knowledge on cars so I needed advice & perspective on what to do with my M2. Sam particularly was super patient, professional and took the time to explain everything & work through it with me. Great guy, who explains things even a noob like me can understand. There are definitely cheaper products & services out there for BMW’s, but given the high quality of work & products at Southern, pay the extra & have one less worry.
