The people are wonderful and the owner is great. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I would like to add that I have been coming to this place for about 15 years and no one working there in this time period has ever had piercings or not been able to speak English well.
Technicians there are very unprofessional. Most speak terrible English and have too many piercings. None seemed well trained and I was treated like a criminal the whole time I was there. Did not feel safe in the waiting room as it seemed to be filled with drug addicts. I recommend Biomant USA or CSL Plasma instead. EDIT: Lowered my review to 1 star because this company waited literally 7 YEARS to try to reach out and comment on this review. Further evidence of their lack of care.
