I used this company through a referral to file my 2021 income tax. During an IRS audit in 2022, it was determined that Southern Belle Tax Service filed my return claiming the incorrect exemptions which cost me a HUGE fine!! I reached out to them multiple times, they never responded, Jennifer would never call me back, another tax preparer who worked for her also said she wasn’t going to call me back, yet had the audacity to charge a large filing fee!!! Do not use Jennifer Harris or her company Southern Belle Tax Services for your taxes. I used her services in 2023 to file my 2022 taxes and never received my refund. I reached out to her company multiple times to get this resolved and was never contacted back. It's deeply disconcerting that not a single member of the team possesses the credentials of an enrolled agent, raising substantial doubts about their competence and integrity.
