Owner is rude as hell! Don’t recommend them simply because of him! I am sure he will have a cute comback! Amazing for a dog that has been obedient trained and it needs to be videotaped cause it was out of control! If your a good groomer why would you even have that as an option! Plus when you trim her nails they should scratch my sons legs on the ride home! Oh yes her ears are cut and bleeding like many of the other customers!
I’ve been taking my babies to Southern Belle every week for over a year now and they always do an awesome job! They are very careful and understanding with my snappy pitty(she was a pound rescue) and have always spoiled my boys! My babies are always excited when I drop them off and pick them up and always smell amazing, they really enjoy their weekly visits!
Rude, expensive, does a terrible job on my dogs.
‼️‼️ PET OWNERS ‼️‼️ I recently took my Sweet Lilly to Southern Belle grooming in Lincolnton. THEY REMOVED HER DEWCLAW while grooming her. HOW HARD were they baring down shaving my 5lb dog? She was so excited to see me when I picked her up. They told me they “Nicked” it while shaving, I told them thanks for being honest with me. I felt good thinking they were honest & she was so excited I didn’t feel the need to look at it. I payed, left a tip and went on my way.
