On July 2021 I was sent to Southern Bath & Kitchen because my home is being built by Lancaster. (That’s an whole different negative review) Donell was my salesman. Firstly she has very poor knowledge of her inventory. I was sold the wrong item. For example I was sold a two way diverter when I actually needed three way diverter for all of attachments that she sold to me.
