Forms not cleaned from last job. Mud on forms that got embedded in basement walls. Old concrete stuck on forms that caused small voids all over the basement walls. Bad finish in multiple places on basement slab. No credit for sub walls not poured.
Southern Basements created our Home Footer, Basement, and Driveway Retaining Wall. We called them 6 times to request for them to finish the work they were paid to complete which includes removing the metal tabs in the poured concrete inside our home (basement) and outside (rear retaining wall) and they refuse to honor their contract. We spoke with Jay our Project Manager who said that he would speak with the President. Still no response! I highly recommend to avoid this firm for your foundation requirements.
