Highly recommend Jessica for any troubles you find in your breastfeeding journey. She is so compassionate and you can tell she really has a passion for helping Mother’s and Babies. I am so thankful for her help with my Son.
I would recommend Southern Banks Baby to anyone going through a lactation or feeding struggle. Jessica got me in the next day, despite not being able to accept my specific insurance. She identified my son’s lip and tongue tie. He was losing weight and doctor’s couldn’t figure out why. 5 weeks later and my son is doing much better latching and gaining weight like a champ. Jess has been the only person to understand my concerns. I talked to many breastfeeding moms and one other lactation consultant before, yet no one could help me with the issues I faced. I'm beyond thankful and don't know if I would have been able to continue to breastfeed without her help.
I have met with Jessica a few times now, once for our initial consult, once to trouble shoot some breast pump issues and another time for a weight check. I can honestly say that Jessica truly cares about her clients and wants you and your baby to succeed with breastfeeding. She takes her time with you to make sure everything is addressed and all questions are answered.
