I cannot say enough good things about Jessica. She supported my daughter and I through tongue and lip ties, the revision process, and significant feeding issues after my baby lost a concerning amount of weight. I would recommend Southern Banks Baby to anyone going through a lactation or feeding struggle. Jessica got me in the next day, despite not being able to accept my specific insurance. She identified my son’s lip and tongue tie. He was losing weight and doctor’s couldn’t figure out why. 5 weeks later and my son is doing much better latching and gaining weight like a champ. Jess has been the only person to understand my concerns. I talked to many breastfeeding moms and one other lactation consultant before, yet no one could help me with the issues I faced. I'm beyond thankful and don't know if I would have been able to continue to breastfeed without her help.
