Offered $300 to new checking customers, so I gave them a shot. When the account was (incorrectly) getting hit with monthly fees, I reached out to the person who opened the account for me. No response because he apparently no longer works there and nobody bothered to forward his incoming emails somewhere else. Okay, fine. A few days later I tried calling instead.
