I was looking for a local bank in Elizabeth City, NC and came across Southern Bank. My banker Kayla, professional, informative, and friendly, opened my new accounts. The tellers were also very welcoming and helpful. I like that the savings account comes with an ATM and not a DEBIT card. I was surprised that they have a Christmas Club which I haven't seen in a very long time. This will help me set a holiday budget and no more holiday credit card debts. I look forward to banking here.
