I am filing this complaint against Southern Bank for a systematic refusal to investigate evidence of criminal coercion and fraudulent inducement, resulting in a total loss of $3,900. The bank continually says that because I physically cashed the check I'm responsible. Close your account and go somewhere else. They say they offer fraud protection but they don't. Best bank
This is a review for Southern Bank as whole, not the ppl in this main office. I chose this location to review bc it's the main location for the corporation. I've never had such a horrible experience with a bank in my life. They have charged me a total of $210 bc their files are wrong. They keep stealing $10/month from each of my 3 accounts saying they tried to send me mail and it came back as undeliverable, that's not my fault.
