The tellers in this location are well… special… you know… take second grade twice kind of special. Enter at your own risk lol
The assistant manager doesn’t know what’s going on as tellers are rude to customers and don’t know how to be professional. Bank anywhere else, the teller was too busy texting her prom date to count change and do her job
Cold and rude teller. I've been banking with Southern even before it changed to Southern Bank. First Commercial was its name then. I felt judged and uncomfortable in this bank. The teller questioned me as if I was doing something wrong, and all she had to do is go back in my history to view previous correspondences. I would not recommend this branch. It need a course in public relations fast!!!!!
