Staff is always super friendly n helpful
Kristen was very courteous and informative. She helped me understand why some charges would incur. My bank card was hacked and I had to get a new one. Kristen was a big help. She would get 5/5 stars. The reason for 4/5 stars overall is because I don't believe if I was hacked and I didn't make the purchases that I should be charged $30 for the fraud department to investigate.
