Do not bank with these people, they have put me in situations where I can not access my money more times than I can count now. They are unapologetic and do not care about anyone’s personal financial situations. Literally any other bank would be a better investment of your money this place sucks!
This bank has been trying to pull a loan payment from a CLOSED account for 12 days now. I have went up to the branch, signed paperwork, and called 4 different times to tell them to pull it from the OPEN account. Dennis has yet to fix the paperwork issue, and this is set to report to credit on day 15. We are now on day 12. They are very hard to get a hold of on the phone, when Dennis finally picked up today, the call was disconnected.
