I had fraud on my card, she helped me resolve that issue and also helped me with some account changes I had been wanting to do as well, without making me feel like a bother. I thought these changes would be complicated and time-consuming, but she reassured me they were quick and simple changes which was such a relief since I came toward close to closing time and assumed I would have to come back another time.
