Worst experience ever. Took car in with obvious vandalism damage on roof and bonnet. Asked to quote to repair this damage. They emailed a 2 page quote filled with industry jargon that came in a couple of hundred $ less than 5 other quotes in the area. Decided to go with them. Dropped car in and again went over the details of repairing roof and bonnet damage. A week later on pick up day, they call to say the quote is now $1000 more because the bonnet was never included in original quote! When we confronted them about it and t... read more
