Be careful when dealing with this people. The sales agent/dealer (Daniel) who assisted me in purchasing (May 2025) a new Suzuki Jimny, overcharged me for a regular 2 bar roof rack (additional accessory). The agent made me believe that the price is correct when we compared it to a roof rack with a platform ($4000 as claimed by Daniel). It’s too expensive so I just settled with the 2 bar roof rack which he tried to promote because it’s a Suzuki genuine parts and will not affect my warranty. I purchased the new T9 Ute from Southern Autos Manukau and Daniel and the team made my first new car experience one to remember. From start to finish, the team (Daniel, George and Chris) were incredibly helpful and professional. A special shout-out to Daniel for making the entire process easy and enjoyable. He took the time to explain all the details and made and my purchase feel like a big occasion! Highly recommend!!!
We have purchased a new Suzuki Swift RS 2022 (in 2022) and it has only done around 17,000kms since then. It has had constant issues since, on 3 separate occasions the multimedia head unit has been faulty/malfunctioned. The engine has also overheated 2 times now and it has been regularly serviced. After the first overheat, they had claimed to fix the problem and the sales person guaranteed everything is fine now. But recently the engine has overheated again.
