Would highly recommend going here! After being told by another mechanic that my car had blown a head gasket, I was petrified to drive my car. The team thoroughly assessed my car and assured me that nothing was wrong with it. They are trustworthy and reliable and will be going there for service for the foreseeable future!
Contrary to other reviews, I found the service in this place completely unhelpful, they were arrogant, left me standing for ages waiting for service whilst they had friendly yarn together, shooting the breeze 🙄 The communication was not effective and short and they gave me back an unsafe car.
We've been going to SAS Automotive for approx 14 years after another mechanic lied to us about damaging our dash when removing a in-dash navigator. During those 14 years we have had ZERO issues with any of the staff. Infact we have found them to be 100% professional and helpful. They service our 3 vehicles every 5,000km for a lube service and safety check, and every 10,000km for a book service. We even take our box trailer and Camper Trailer for 10,000km services.
