I'm very impressed with this shop. I'm working out of town & my water pump starts leaking antifreeze on my 2012 Ford Super Duty. I reached out to one of my local contacts that I made through my job in construction & he told me to bring it to Southern Automotive in Collierville. I was there when they opened up the next morning & they told me that they would have it ready by end of that day. They quoted me a price & stuck to it. Just called a couple hours ago and asked if they could patch a tire that had a screw in it - I went by right after 4 pm and they had it done in no time! Very quick and friendly and professional! Good price too! 😀
The folks here were incredibly helpful to me. I’m from roughly 2 hours away and was meeting someone to purchase a truck. They gladly looked it over, offered advice, and gave me thoughts on the truck. They were very knowledgeable, and down to earth, and I talked with several of them for a while. Highly recommend these guys! I honestly would consider driving my truck 2 hours one way just to have them work on it next time it’s needed.
I will not go anywhere else but here! They do the best job & I wish I could give them 10 stars!
