I was quoted more than $6,000 by the local Kia dealership to repair my vehicle of a long list of supposed problems. I sought a second opinion. Southern Auto completed the work for less than $2,000 and determined that two of the major expenses quoted by the dealership, were not in need of repair at all! I could not be more pleased. Took my truck in for cylinder two and a month later just now getting it some what fixed. Shop manger openly admitted it was missed diagnosed by their shop but now have to come out of pocket even more money to cover their negligence. Would not recommend this shop.update the so called new shop manger that supposedly had his on shop and brought his old mechanics have completely just said my truck is not important. Have had our truck over 5 weeks and every day the diagnosis has changed from one thing to another, on 1/30/25 they said cam shafts were clean no damage and Monday (2/3/25) work for the lifters would begin and our truck ready by Wednesday. Today called me saying "now there's cam damage and fluid inside and damage to the cam". Do not take your vehicle there the place use to be amazing now last few months has gone to complete crap. Would rate lower than 1 star if possible .
