Came here to try the mutton roll and shrimp roll, took such a long time to receive, makes no sense and also it was still cold in the middle, don’t get what the hype is about the rolls, definitely have had better ones at different Tamil places, maybe the other food here is good but after that definitely won’t be coming back.
They need new staff. Honestly. The staff at the main location was amazing - at this location they have no integrity or passion. It reflects extremely in the customer service clients receive. If the owner cares even a bit about this company and his people he would fire the current front end staff he has and would hire new ones. They are ruining the name this brand built over the years.
