I was rushed into a hearing test, bruskly spoken to, and in the end, told by Dr. Krescent, "Yup, can't hear worth crap." When I said, "What?" (because I couldn't believe he spoke to me that way, not because I didn't hear what he said), he answered, "Exactly!". If it wasn't for my wife's pushing, I would have gone to another doctor, to have my hearing test. His attitude was entirely crude and unprofessional.
