I purchased a sand filter from this company and never got any kind of confirmation until 2 weeks later when I emailed and asked for one. Some guy named joey replied saying he will check on it for me. 2 more days go by and I have to again email asking and he replied saying the item is back ordered and I am 12 in line (most companies would let you know item is back ordered before you purchase so you can consider going with another company).
