Great little quiet unit nestled only 10 minutes from the CBD and airport. We booked very last minute yet a seamless transaction from start to finish. The Staff are extremely prompt and were very accommodating to our very last minute requests. Launceston is very limited for accommodation choices so it’s nice to have a place that’s affordable yet generous sized and have the facilities for parking, cooking & washing clothes ect. I want to report these apartments for complete negligence and endangerment. They gave my apartment code to another random guest who I didn’t know and as such I arrived late in the night to find a random man in the lounge room. Also their cleaners came and told me I was meant to check out three days earlier than my actual check out date. Heater broke. Noisy next to a highway. Never responded to emails.
Kind of false advertising, it is advertised as having a balcony but it’s just a deck with a view on a garage and the rest of the city view blocked by a fence. The most minimal effort has gone into decorations. No rugs no nice lighting, no blanket or pillows for the couch, no salt and pepper, no heater in the bedroom. Overpriced for what it is. There is noise from the highway and noise from the neighbours. Also it’s in a crappy location. There’s much nicer places for a similar price actually in town.
Apartment was very dirty. Grout between tiles in shower pink with soap scum, toothpaste all over mirror, stains all over chair in lounge. Dirty windows, lots of fingerprints on everything. Dust under chair in lounge. Would never have cooked their either crockery and cutlery not clean. Not worth what you pay
