Very rude bunch, most unprofessional vets I’ve seen anywhere will definitely not be bringing my puppy back
Called on Friday to book an appointment to put my very senior dog down. Was told they were all booked for the following week and that it would have to be an emergency appointment and call the day of to come in. Unfortunately my dog passed late Sunday night. Called first thing Monday morning and they responded with give us two hours to see if we have storage. You'd think they would have known that Friday. They call back and asked if we put our dog in the freezer. Umm no cause we don't have room for 60lbs dog. They refused to ... read more
