Friendly enough people, however that doesn't excuse incompetents, have been here a couple years ago receiving a misdiagnosis for ataxia with its just arthritis, and again in supplying the wrong medication levels which has resulted in our dog needing to be put down, I tried giving the benefit of the doubt but was clearly wrong, it's all about what can make them money not care for your animal, save yourself money and potentially your pet and look elsewhere, or at least check everything they say.
We were so grateful this centre was open and available to manage our furbaby when we needed help. Amazing service and wonderful staff. Just awesome.
Even though it was one of the saddest days yesterdays, the staff looked after my cat Suzu and treated him and my wife and i with the utmost care and respect and gave us the time to let him go. 100% recommend this place and their amazing caring staff.
I thought the worst when my pup found my ibuprofen but the staff at Southern Animal Hospital gave my lil Winston the best care over the 48 hours he was there. I’m so grateful to have my healthy pup back home with me. The vets, nurses & reception staff were all so so so lovely. Cannot thank them enough
