We had to get our dog put down the staff were lovely, highly recommended.
Very disappointed with the service. My fiancé came across a cat that mostly likely had been hit by a car. The cat was 400m away from the Hospital. This poor cat was in agonising pain with a suspected broken back. Fiancé called up and they refused to pick the cat up suggested to call the council and the police. Very disappointing with the service given it’s a hospital and would suspect they would be willing to help.
Lost the paper work I signed to have my dog sent to Eden hills, when I rung the the vet they asked why I didn’t ring them… pretty sure it’s not my job to chase the paper work they lost.. Rang Eden hills and they have received paper work from the vet but not with my details.
