There is no doubt the care provided to animals at this hospital is of a high standard. No-one will question that. The rating supplied is due to the manner in which finances are managed. It seems, based on an experience recently, the hospital is more than happy to call animal owners mid surgery - bearing in mind the sort of emotional state any pet owner would be while their pet is under a general anaesthetic - and state likely necessary actions that require additional work.
