We rented from Southern Angel Properties for almost 8 years. They are a class act, and the best landlords we've ever had. I highly recommend them.
I rented on Pleasant St in Waterville for the past 4 1/2 years and BY FAR, the best landlords I've had since renting in Maine for 10 years. Over the past 10 years I've had 5 different landlords, Ken and Deb LaVoie have been kind, attentive, and informative without fault! Working with Ken was absolutely seamless. Everything that you want in a seller. He honored his word, held up his end of the bargain, and communicated proactively. All of this lead to a truly ideal transaction.
I moved to town from another state for a new job. Was lucky to find this listing- I’ve only been here a little over 4 months but everything has been wonderful!!! Hope to be here a while!
