I placed a order for Now A1C 10 count rapid test kit through the Walmart app.it was fulfilled by Southern Anesthesia and surgical.i recieved an open box with a open test device and only enough envelopes to do 9 tests. I did snap the test devise back together but as of yet haven't tried a test. I have sent messages through the walmart app over a week ago and have not heard back from either walmart or Southern Anesthesia surgical.. NOT VERY GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE IN EITHER COMPANY.

Just placed my first order for a pharmaceutical. The medication showed up and the expiration date is in four months. Never seen another supplier give us this med with less than a year expiration. I called and they said that this is an acceptable expiration window for their company. So be cautious when you order.

This is for all the Oral and maxillofacial surgeons who do business with SAS. I worked with this company for years, and unfortunately it has now become the worst. Placed an order on the phone for sedation medications as I always have for years. They informed that they are not going to process the order unless I send in a detail protocol for how medications are used.
