New cage 2020 and had screen come lose one year later that they promptly fixed. Cage still looks great. Minus one star for rusted screws. Not all have rusted but a handful. Stainless steel should not rust!!! So clearly not honest about using stainless steel.
We contracted with Southern Aluminum of Cape Coral recently for a cage extension. Our contractor was Craig Mahnke. Craig went above and beyond to make sure our installation was done properly. He was onsite and present through all of processes that needed to be completed. Permits were filed and inspections were made accordingly Our cage was done in a very timely manner. This review is late in being posted. I had my lanai rebuilt by Southern Aluminum and I could not be more pleased. There were a few water leaks in side the lanai. They had a very difficult time trying to find where the water was coming in. They never once said that they couldn’t fix but instead they kept after it till they fixed it. I’d recommend them to everyone. Thank you to their whole team. Gary Kobiske
Everyone should expect the anchor bolts they use to rust and need replacement after 2 years or less. The Warranty is worthless in this situation. Would never recommend Superior to anyone again.
I had their pool cage installed, all their nails(screws) all rusted. Also the bottom part of the pool cage was screwed in so tight, that it left bends, allowing water to seat their, they said they were going to replace that part, but after Hurricane Ian that never got back to me.
