Bad experience with a technician, rough and offensive body odour. Reported to front of house staff. Good experience with other staff and Physicians.

The coordinated and collaborative efforts of the entire team at SAM was so refreshing! The staff were very upbeat and friendly and created an atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease! The Dr.'s have been absolutely nothing short of amazing and the collaboration of each Doctors strengths lend a unique holistic approach to my care!
I am going through phone misery as well. SAM’s follow up care is very rude! If you don't like your job move on! Surely there is someone out there that is caring, thoughtful and won’t raise my blood pressure more than it already is.
