Schedule for phone appointment today at 8:45 am, been waiting for the call but no body calls me, then i tried to call their number but it’s hard to get connected and I tried the second number and the receptionist answer, she said the doctor call me At 8:45 i said i didn’t received any call and i sent a screenshot from my phone. She replied to my email that the first phone number that I’m trying to call, she said that, the doctors attempt to call me. All staff are friendly and engaging
Worst experience with any specialist of my life. Dr. Kope didn't address any of my symptoms, ignored labs taken the day before, specifically for the appointment, and made zero effort to help address the issues I was referred for. He was extremely rude and demeaning and completely lacking in compassion. Incredibly unprofessional and a total waste of my time.
