The SAIU has failed my son in regards to post operative care. Two months post cancer related surgery and he has received no follow up, no pathology findings, no post surgery appointment, and certainly no return phone call. Unfortunately the medical system is broken and this is just one glaring example.
I was referred early in 2026. Subsequently, I have had a cystoscopy followed by 2 Urbt procedures. And, I have now completed 5 of 6 BCG treatments. Without exception, I have been treated with professional, caring staff throughout all of my procedures. They have made this journey bearable and I have full confidence in all of them. Thank you Dr. Gotto and all of the amazing folks in the Urology Clinic in the basement at the Rockyview Hospital. I truly appreciate all of you!
