I was referred early in 2026. Subsequently, I have had a cystoscopy followed by 2 Urbt procedures. And, I have now completed 5 of 6 BCG treatments. Without exception, I have been treated with professional, caring staff throughout all of my procedures. They have made this journey bearable and I have full confidence in all of them. Thank you Dr. Gotto and all of the amazing folks in the Urology Clinic in the basement at the Rockyview Hospital. I truly appreciate all of you!
Single handed the most painful procedure I have ever dealt with! I have had broken bones, stitches and dislocations that needed to be set in hospital and this was the worst! It wasn't that the procedure was just painful, but that there was zero, ZERO empathy from either the doctor or the nurse! I'm splayed out on the table with my "member" for all to see and there was no acknowledgment of my pain, my fear or any attempt after the procedure was complete to put me at ease! Schedule for phone appointment today at 8:45 am, been waiting for the call but no body calls me, then i tried to call their number but it’s hard to get connected and I tried the second number and the receptionist answer, she said the doctor call me At 8:45 i said i didn’t received any call and i sent a screenshot from my phone.
