All staff are friendly and engaging
Worst experience with any specialist of my life. Dr. Kope didn't address any of my symptoms, ignored labs taken the day before, specifically for the appointment, and made zero effort to help address the issues I was referred for. He was extremely rude and demeaning and completely lacking in compassion. Incredibly unprofessional and a total waste of my time.
I had such a great experience i felt I had to share it with others. I recently had a kidney stone surgery with Dr Hamouche at Rockyview which was of course is not a very pleasant experience ro go through. Everything went according to plan and they had to leave two stents in for 2 weeks subsequent. I started to experience some pain during week one so I called Amanda at Dr Hamouche office and she was quick to organize an at home phone call from Dr Hamouche. My wife is "seen" at this clinic and i dont recommend it for anyone at all. This is just an old boys' club glad-handing each other and patting each other on the backs. Horrible care, zero follow up and zero guidance. Gorgeous office spaces and rooms, can see how much money they put into the structure but the care is third world. Other patients (and nurses) in the community have come to learn the same thing and have the same experience. You're better off consulting through Edmonton or even Grande Prairie as these doctors care... read more
Very quick and efficient team. My cystoscopy was performed by Dr. Assmus, who, along with the team, sincerely apologized for being 20 minutes late — which honestly surprised me since hospital appointments often run much later! I was expecting at least an hour delay, but they were actually quite punctual. I also only had to wait about 4 weeks to get the appointment, which I found impressively fast.
