This company built a house for an older couple where the house burned down. Wawanesa paid him two lump sums of money at the beginning of construction and the whole process was disaster! These poor people were subject to poor workmanship, lack of direction from the Company and the whole process was stressful for them. Would not recommend this company at all!

I’ve dealt with SACS for a minor flooding issue and a minor roof repair on my residence and both times they were very extremely professional demonstrating great communication and reliability - I would not hesitate to recommend them for any of your construction needs!
