My mother lost her home after her husband passed away and so she put her stuff in 2 storage units out there. Needless to say 2 months later she goes to take some things out and one unit was completely empty. My nieces ashes and everything she ever owned was in there. My uncle's stu ff whom is also passed away, and do many memories are all gone. When asked the owner she said the shed was rented by someone else and they have had it for 5 years.
