I decided to get a free inspection from Southern ADC because I noticed my AC wasn’t cooling like before, and I saw insulation coming out through the vents. Their technicians came out and did a full inspection and what they found was shocking. A raccoon had completely destroyed all the air ducts, which explained the lack of cooling and the insulation blowing through the vents.
