This is the company to use! I have always had great experiences with this company. If they can fix your problem without a complete overhaul, then they will and save you thousands. When it was time to replace my A/C unit, I had established a relationship with them and also used them for this- very reasonable pricing and fast, experienced work. Stay Away! A/C breaks on a thursday night. I call them first thing on Friday morning and they come out at 10:30am. After 15 minutes they say they have fixed the issue and left. 2 hours later the condo is back up to 80 degrees and they refuse to come back before monday unless we pay an overtime rate. What??? They wasted my time and made me leave work and they cant come back until Monday on a 90 degree weekend? I called someone else friday afternoon and they fixed the issue for us.
