HIGHLY RECOMMEND Southern Air!!! Our heat pump had died last night. So our house was VERY cold!! I call up and spoke to a lovely lady by the name of Maddy at 8am who organise for Cameron to come out and check what the issue was with my heat pump. He was truly AMAZING!!! A huge shout out to the people at Southern Air. I have forgotten everyone name but the service from the front desk was excellent and both the techies who came to fix our problem were brilliant.
Got some pretty pricey quotes for a heatpump from our local providers, so our mate suggested we get a quote from Southern Air. Within a week of calling, we had the quote, and had the instalation done. Communication was top tier, very very happy with the service, and the heat pump. Thanks Southern Air!!!
