I got my ducted heating over a year ago and couldn’t be happier. The team did a wonderful job however I was quoted for wifi that I did not receive. Perfect timing as my parents who have been loyal customers for 20+ years are getting ducted now. Maddie and Cam were kind enough to ensure they get wifi free of charge as compensation per my request. Shows quality service to honour it even under new ownership. Highly recommended.
