Highly recommend Southern Air.... from first contact with Maddie.... through to Lachlan turning up right on time... very professional discussed what would happen and what would go where.... left a brochure detailing all models but specifically the one he recommended and a pen, and not a shitty one either😂, guys turned up and were so respectful of being here and pleasant... and cleaned up and went.... Were fractionally a bit more expensive but to get a job done right a bit more is insignificant in the long run. Highly recomm... read more
Southern Air this week has worked on my Heat Pump / AC. I was very happy with this my first experience with Southern Air. From the first phone call to arrange date and time right thru to completion of the job my expections were not just met but exceeded . The lady on the phone was very helpful and the tech who came out to National Park completed the job expertly and tidily. . Thank you to all.
Amazing experience. Efficient and friendly. Installed a new heat pump for us and removed the old one. Even gave me some advice on some other things I asked about with no hesitation. Super nice, Would Definitely recommend, we'll definitely be using their services again.
I would highly recommend Southern Air, they did a a fantastic job analysing the problem with our heat pump, persistence is the ultimate key. I can't thank them enough for rectifying our problem.
1.5hrs to diagnose and not even fix a broken external fan at $275 then get spoken to like I am the ridiculous one. I don't know any heat pump technician that gets paid $183 an hour! Would not recommend
