I’ve used convenient medical as my primary for years. When they closed the doors, I followed the staff who were and are always friendly and knowledgeable to Southern Adirondack family health. Great place to go to have your medical needs met.
I waited exactly one year to do this review, and tell the world how great this company is, so get this... They even call you ... As in a real live person, not some dude in Nairobi, and give you heads up about their Holiday Schedule. And that is amazing; so many times, with other companies, ive been left stranded without my psyche meds and it freaks me out. This office, their staff, even the assistance treat their patients like valued customers. I am so glad my friend Scott Ryan, made me go there back in the day.
Excellent care provided every visit. I was welcomed as a new patient and seen immediately. I see the doctor every month and never wait more than 10 minutes. Dr. Emerson will spend as much time necessary to explain issues and listen to concerns.
I’ve only been here two times so far and each time everyone in the office is absolutely so kind and helpful and patient and informative as I’ve just moved to upstate New York and pretty much don’t know anything about anything so truly everyone in the office really goes the extra mile in helping me navigate my new medical routine and journey.
