I’ve only been here two times so far and each time everyone in the office is absolutely so kind and helpful and patient and informative as I’ve just moved to upstate New York and pretty much don’t know anything about anything so truly everyone in the office really goes the extra mile in helping me navigate my new medical routine and journey. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would. I have been working with Kathleen for years now, and this is the most supportive, kind, and trustworthy doctor’s office that I have ever visited or even heard of. Everybody here knows me by name, knows exactly how to help me, and have been beyond supportive while I’m struggling with a long journey of mental health concerns. Have been doing business with these folks for years until the last practice was closed due to Dr. Merrihew retiring. I just happened to hear about them moving to another location and opening their own office. It's great to be listened to, treated like what you have to say is important and getting an explanation of what needs to be done and how to go about it. ALL the staff are genuinely friendly, understanding and take the time to talk to you. They are a great crew that are knowledgeable and understanding.
