I've been seeing Dr Rob Carey regularly for almost a year now and have always found him to be professional, thorough, patient and caring. He explains things very well and is an all round lovely person. I've never felt rushed and yet he somehow still manages to run on time. The reception staff have been absolutely wonderful to deal with. Dr Rob Carey was a really kind, caring and compassionate doctor. He explained each process along the way and made sure I had a full understanding. His knowledge was impeccable and his after surgery care was all that you could ask for. A huge thank you to Dr Carey for wonderful support during a tough time, personally.
These guys need a new receptionist, absolutely horrible on the phone, you are just a number and apparently annoying! Didn't even bother booking, plenty of other nice practices around.
Unfortunately, Dr Wood and her inflexible, officious receptionists treat patients more like numbers than people. Patient care should go beyond the consultation itself. I have decided to find another doctor because I've lost trust in her having any care for me as a patient.
