Julian Thompson's supportive, non-judgmental and thoughtful approach helped me work through insomnia, rumination, concentration, avoidance and relationship issues. I also improved my relationship with myself in regards to ageing, work performance, and living with chronic illnesses. He did this through improving self esteem, self compassion, and acceptance. I highly recommend him. It was the best investment in myself that I could have made, I wish I had done it sooner!
Julian is the best the therapist i have ever had he listens and helps he has helped me in the 2 years i have know him and can honestly say he saved my life . he helps in addiction metal illness depression and amazing at his job shows he actually cares about the patient well being
