I had an oil change coupon from your Southern 411 Toyota but when I got to your place, I was told the coupon was for my scrap car. I have two cars under your service. The RAV4 just did the service one month ago, which has the license plate used to be for the scrap car. Your system should tell the change of the car. I thought the coupon must be for my Camry. What a joke. I have to leave without receiving any service.
