Purchased a case (six quarts) of Automatic Transmission Fluid. At home, drained my transmission fluid from my Tundra (six quarts). Opened the box of fluid (which I then noticed was re-taped shut) to find only five quarts. They had opened the box, removed one quart, then charged me for the full case. I can't think of a senerio where this was an unintentional mistake, as they had taped the box shut after removing one quart.
