This dealership is specifically a cash cow, they allowed me to drop my car off at 12:30. After listening to some of the issues they quoted me 750$ for 3 separate diagnostics. Upon closing, 5pm. They quoted me $7,000 (more than my car) to replace fuel injectors due to the engine needing to come out to replace them. They didn’t diagnose the rest of the issues (because i paid for only one diagnosis) but they advised me to sell my car to carfax. We purchased a new Pathfinder and it was an enjoyable process. We worked with Phil and Jean to facilitate the deal. Phil went above and beyond to find our answers to questions we had and followed up the next day. Jean was understanding and really worked on where we wanted to be budget wise. Walked in looking for a pathfinder with a specific budget in mind. Marcel was not only extremely helpful and friendly, but he got us to our goal vehicle and budget.
Bought a brand new 2024 Nissan Pathfinder and drove it for a year and a half, equal to around 25000 miles, when I go to do the usual oil change they tell me I need a new set of tires so I ask them, how come that a new set of tires only last 25000 miles, specially when they are supposed to be high quality branded and the come from the dealer, they say they don't do any warranty on the tires and they are not going to do anything about it, didn't even offer me a solution or an explanation cause according to the that's how they ... read more
