Ripped off by Nick at the service department today. I made an appointment yesterday to get my oil changed for my Nissan Sentra, only to be told by Nick upon arrival that oil changes are now $149!! Are you kidding me? For a Sentra?? I told him no one told me. I had brought a coupon for $49.95 from Greenacres Nissan that was sent to me. He said he would honor it since I was a regular customer. Our service manager, Pete Wyman, went out of his way to make sure our brand new Murano Platinum was fixed. It came in with a problem signing into Nissan Connect. Pete and Marcus gave 110%. So thankful!
Mr. Marcial us best salesperson, made special efforts to convince my wife.
The service department is very pleasant to work with . My service advisor Nick was friendly and gave me updates during my service appointment. The techs have a great reputation. The waiting area is very large and comfortable . Several employees asked me if I wanted coffee . When my car was done it was cleaned and vacuumed. Nick also gave me a discount on the invoice. I'll continue to bring my truck back to 441 for service.
Very friendly and helpful staff. A bit expensive for service repairs but they take care of all necessary repairs needed.
